Pete was right there with other options 4. He was honest and patient and ask what we thought and then provide alternatives that showed he was in our corner. When we would get an offer on the home that was unfair he politely give us the numbers and let us think about it. He would break down what was what and say, we can wait on something better it's your choice. And 10 out 10.times we would be in agreement. If I was buying another home I would have no issue calling Pete again.

That house didn't wind up being the one and we actually decided we weren't ready to buy. Pete was fantastic about giving us some options without ever being pushy. First impressions matter, and when we met Pete he was professional, curteous, and honest, not to mention really great about us having to bring our three year old along all the time. He was very patient with us over the next few months as we flipped back and forth between buying and sticking out the rest of our lease, but when it came time to act he was full speed ahead, not wasting a second to make sure we got the house we wanted.
