ZillowVERIFIED I've worked with many realtors in my life and would rank Peiwen at the top. She was both my selling and buying agent. She knows the local area and understands that market well. I had many repairs to do for my sale and she handled much of the coordination with contractors allowing me to focus on the move. She kept in frequent communication, which I've seen as lacking in other real estate agents. As busy as I was between work and the move, I relied on her to keep the process going and she was very attentive in getting everything done in a timely fashion. Once we narrowed down the list, she spent even more time with my wife when she was in town. Peiwen was knowledgeable about the area, about homes and prices, about local preferences, and about the negotiation process.
