ZillowVERIFIED We used Peggy Jackson to help us buy our home because she had a high rating on the list of Zillow realtors. We have only ever dealt with 2 other realtors in the buying and selling of our old home, but we knew from buying our first home that Peggy did not play by the rules. She spent the first day showing us houses that I had already seen online and ruled out. I had given her a list of homes that I wanted to see, which she brought us to on the second day. We almost missed out on our dream home because she wasted our first day. During this two day process, she told me that I needed to "narrow it down" because we were doing "too much driving." When we put in our offer, Peggy failed to give us any comps because she said that nothing had sold in this area in the last 6 months (which we later found out was a lie) yet she recommended we put in a full price offer and highly recommended we go above asking (most likely so her pockets would be lined with even more profit). If nothing had sold in the last 6 mos, we probably could have gotten away with a lower offer. When it was time to close on our house, she brought us to the MOST expensive real estate lawyer in town (again so she would receive her kickback and special gifts from him... while we got a pen). I would never recommend Peggy Jackson as she put a very bad taste in my mouth. It was the worst experience! Find someone else.

She was there every step of the way. Even though she is a very busy agent (which is good) she still was able to get back to me within a timely basis. 2 things impressed me about Peggy. She knew all the neighborhoods and was even familiar with the goings on in the neighborhood. What impressed me the most is that she brought more to the table than any agent I have ever talked to or dealt with in the past. After we closed on the house Peggy was still there to offer us advice and a hand wherever necessary. And she did not have to do that, if I had the money I would give her a hefty tip but money is not plentiful which is why i am giving her an excellent review. If you want someone that is patient, personable, down to earth, funny, gets the job done, and really has a big heart for the buyers.........PEGGY JACKSON is your agent!!!

I had a broker before her that I had to get out of that exclusive broker agreement because that other broker was only trying to get her commission instead of helping and informing me of what I needed to know. Peggy will tell you what you need, and she does not "sugar coat" anything for you. She does have your best interest at heart. She helped me close on my home in less than 45 days. She's good guys. I'm serious. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

She showed me a lot of houses and did not rush me in making my decision on the final one. She walked me through the whole buying process and didn't surprise with any (not one) last minute meeting or document that needed to be signed. I didn't know Peggy before starting my home buying experience and I was very lucky to stumble upon Peggy as my agent. I would consider Peggy a good friend after the whole was completed.
