Pedro helped me buy and sell my last home and he was absolutely fantastic to work with! As a first time home buyer, and then first time seller, he really made sure to do a great job of explaining the process, our options, and taking all the steps to ensure we got a great deal both times. We were the only offer when buying our place in 2021, and when selling in 2023 we had 15 offers and sold for a huge profit! I strongly believe this is due to the photography Pedro provided along with his tips and tricks to get the most offers. He was fantastic, and even came over and mowed our lawn for us when we were in a pinch to make sure the house was in top condition for the open house. Highly recommend Pedro and his team!
