Pearl Ngo

Pearl was wonderful to work with in selling my mother's properties. I would recommend her to anyone looking for experience, knowledge and efficiency in selling real estate. I will look to her again to sell some of my mother's other properties when it comes time.

Pearl offered great attention to details to all of the houses we have toured together. She carefully explained every notable condition seen in those houses and helped us compared options side-by-side so that we wouldn't regret our final decision. Outstanding home-purchasing experience! We would recommend Pearl to anyone that's looking for a new home.

Pearl was great in selling our aunt's house in houston. We were out of state. She handled everything for us. She was johnny on the spot when we needed her. This was all greek to us but she walked us through it. Her communication with us was outstanding. She would call all the time to see where we were with the courts. She lined up several buyers for us when we got ready to sell. We could not have done this without her patience, professionalism, and understanding what we were going through. Thank you, Pearl, is not enough.

She's the best

She was helpful and was there every step of the way! She walked us through all the paperwork, was willing to translate for us, and made sure we always understood what was going on!
