ZillowVERIFIED Payton was super helpful and always quick to respond! Previous realtors I worked with were really dropping the ball when it came to showing me properties and sending me potential listings I might like. Payton was recommended to me and within a few days, I had an offer in and accepted on a house. He provided great advice on how to make sure my offer was the one the sellers chose. 10/10 recommend him and his agency and I will definitely use him in the future :)

ZillowVERIFIED Payton was integral in purchasing my dream first home this summer. He was just as eager as I was to view any home that sparked my interest along the way, and after finding the one I had to have, Paytons planning and knowledge of the current market ensured that we got the property. There was not a single stressful moment in the entire process because I could trust that everything was being taken care of. Highly recommended for any buyers in the St. Louis metro area.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I utilized Payton for the recent sale of our home in Maryville, IL. From the very first encounter he was prompt, professional, and easy to work with. We currently live in Florida so we were admittedly anxious about using an agent we had never met in person. He was able to calm our anxieties and helped us navigate the process seamlessly. We had a renter in the home at the time of initiating the sale and he worked between myself, the tenant, and management company without issue. His presentation of the home was honest and top-notch. He was able to secure a full-price offer on the home on the first day of listing. He helped me locate a local, capable repair man for necessary repairs. He was able to arrange for a virtual closing given our location in Florida and the military's restriction of my movement during the COVID crisis. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend Payton to any of my friends and family and would be happy to utilize him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Payton has been helping me find a home for over a year. He was very understanding of my must haves. He was extremely good with communication. Anytime I had questions he answered them promptly. He was very good about being able to show homes when it worked for me and was good about pointing out pros and cons of each. I throughly enjoyed working with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Payton got our house sold for us in a month! We needed it sold fast, since we were getting married and needed to consolidate our homes, and he did it. He knows the process, market and strategies well, and as a first-time seller, we were super impressed. He's a genuinely nice and down-to-earth guy and not shy to tell you what you need to do to get things done. I know we were probably difficult clients, lol, but he handled us like champs, and we couldn't be more appreciative for his time and patience. We still need to sell my husband's (our current) home and plan to buy a new forever home together, and we will be using Payton for all of it!

ZillowVERIFIED I had to sell one home and find a new home to purchase as close together in time as possible. I must have contacted him with 15 or more homes over several months that I wanted to see. We were able to get into every one within at least a few days. He was very helpful answering all my questions and helping me through the process for each house. Its very stressful to buy and sell homes at the same time but Payton really helped!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer I was understandably nervous. Payton listened to every question I had (which were many) and answered them honestly. He showed me a handful of homes and shot me straight about which ones were overpriced. Once I found the home I loved, Payton took care of everything for me. He truly made the process as painless as possible. Payton will be my realtor from here on out. Get ahold of him for all of your real estate needs. You wont be disappointed.

He was always available, responded promptly whenever we reached out to him and was very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. ZillowVERIFIED Payton was very professional and helpful with finding out home. We drug the poor guy all over the place looking at houses before we finally found what we were looking for. He was always knowledgeable about the houses and surrounding location even though it was away from his normal area of work. If you're looking for someone who will be honest and helpful every step of the way, Payton is your guy.

ZillowVERIFIED Very pleasant experience, would definitely recommend. No pressure, very accommodating, He didn't try to steer me into something outside my price range. In fact, the house I closed on was less than what I was approved for by the bank. If I ever buy again, I know who to call.

ZillowVERIFIED Payton did an amazing job helping my wife and I to find our first house. He was extremely responsive checking in frequently and keeping us in the loop. He is very well informed of the local market. I'd say his greatest strength in helping us to find our dream home was first just getting to know us, understanding what we were looking for and what fell within the realm of fiscal possibility for us. Highly Recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED I have used other agents in the past but never got what I needed as most seemed to be after the quick sale and moved on if I didn't make a quick decision. Payton on the other hand, worked with me to find the right house that fit my budget, neighborhood/school requirements, and was very patient. He listened to what I wanted and worked hard at finding the right home. Payton was extremely professional yet personal and did not hide any positives or negatives of any property which allowed me to make an informed decision. After the purchase, his customer service was extended when I had post sale questions. I feel I can reach out to him any time and get immediate and accurate advice. Great agent, great person and highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED I believe we looked at the house we were interested in on Mother's Day. Since it was a foreclosure, we knew it wouldn't be on the market long, especially being in Edwardsville. Payton didn't hesitate coming out to show us the house even though it was Mother's Day. He then helped us in the purchasing process!

ZillowVERIFIED I recently purchased a home in Glen Carbon, IL using Payton Blaylock. He was very professional and always available for questions. The initial search and offer process was so easy and smooth. My offer was accepted in a few short hours! He uses up to date technology to electronically sign all of the paperwork which makes every step of the process very convenient if you are open to that sort of thing. We ran into a major issue at closing due to unforeseen weather damage (hail) to my new home. Payton really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of during that stressful period when it was up in the air whether or not the deal was going to fall through. He organized a deal so I was able to get right into my new home same day, the hail damage to roof and gutters was repaired within a week, and we were closed in no time. Could not have been happier with Payton's services.

He understood exactly what my husband and I were looking for in a home, and was so patient with us, showing us as many homes as we needed in order to find our perfect one. I have already recommended Payton to our family and friends who are looking for a new home, and would absolutely recommend him again!
