Ben was always readily available when whenever I had a question or needed help with the house buying process. He found several properties that matched my criteria and always provided the needed information on them. Hes young, but his knowledge of the real estate business impressed me. He even helped me out with finding the right Mortgage company by recommending Ben Treat to me. I would highly recommend Bens services if you are looking to buy a house.

From the very beginning, Ben was a pleasure to work with. As a first-time homebuyer, he walked us through the whole process and was happy to answer any questions we had. He was also very responsive. When I found the house I purchased, I asked him if he could squeeze us in on short notice, and he made it happen. He then helped me present an attractive offer that was both fair and aggressive, earning the win. If you want someone in your corner who is hungry and will fight for you, I cannot think of anyone else Id want to work with. Thanks for everything, Ben!

Buying a house was a piece of cake with Ben as our realtor! When we first made our decision to pursue buying a house, I was fully prepared for it to be an extremely stressful and lengthy process. However, with Bens assistance, it turned out to be the exact opposite. With his expertise and determination, we were able to close on our new home much quicker than I had previously thought possible. Any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly and the flexibility Ben allowed with scheduling made everything a breeze. I will be highly recommending Ben to any friends, family, or colleagues who decide to purchase a home!

Huge thanks to my friend and realtor Ben for making the home-buying process smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable. Even while we're both still finishing up college, Ben handled everything with the professionalism and care of someone far beyond his years. He truly had my best interest at heart every step of the way. If you're looking for someone who knows what they're doing and genuinely cares, Ben's your guy.

Ben was an amazing realtor! I can tell he enjoys being a realtor! He will work hard to make sure you are happy. He was very educational. He always replied to my phone calls and text messages. He did many showings and was very supportive when I was not sure of the property. I did not feel pressured. I felt like my opinion matters. I would recommend Ben if you want your house selling or hunting to go smoothly.
