ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience with Paulina and team in our successful home search. They were super helpful and patient with us as we navigated the market, and never felt rushed to make a decision. Paulina was always available to respond to any and all of our questions and made us feel super comfortable with the process. Even months after closing, I still reach out to her for any help and questions and she is still as supportive as day 1. At times we feel she went above and beyond what she needed to do in order to support us. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Atlanta area.

ZillowVERIFIED Paulina was fabulous to work with! She listened very carefully to what type of home we were looking for and then, mindfully, provided homes that satisfied our criteria. As we prepared to put a contract on a home, Paulina answered all our questions, provided insight and expertise on the market and walked us through the process thoroughly. And finally, after our offer was accepted, Paulina continued to be responsive, and resourceful as we had questions about the neighborhood, surveys, inspection and contractors. We highly recommend Paulina for your real estate needs. She will exceed your expectations!!

ZillowVERIFIED Paulina is hands down, an amazing, rockstar realtor! She helped our family to find the most beautiful home in a most challenging real estate environment. We felt empowered by having her as our realtor because she gave us the details needed but gave us the space for us to make our decisions which ultimately led to a very successful purchase that we are happy about! She is extremely professional and knows exactly how to navigate this tricky market. She has my most enthusiastic recommendation!

ZillowVERIFIED It would be difficult to put into few words just how exceptional Paulina is. She is extremely professional even under high stress negotiating and tough client situations. Paulina not only sold our home in THREE days - after we had to fire our previous agent that hadn?t sold our home in over 50 days and convinced us our home wasn?t sellable - she fought hard for us to find the home of our dreams, and got everything we deserved and more out of the deal. She is thorough, knowledgeable, positive, kind and respectful. I would trust Paulina to fight just as hard as I would for my family?s future home or close loved ones. She deeply cares about her clients, has a passion for her job - and it shows. We have sold quite a few homes in the last few years due to my work relocation and I would say Paulina is in the top 1% in her field! She works extremely hard and is responsive into the later hours and again at the crack of dawn. Paulina is an exceptional communicator, impressive marketer, honest professional and treats each client like family. Each time I interacted with Paulina I always felt like I was her only client - and I know this was far from the case! This is a true skill. We were lucky to have Paulina represent us and there is no one else I?d rather work with in future. We are deeply appreciative for her commitment and drive on behalf of our family.

ZillowVERIFIED Of all the time weve had to move, it was fantastic knowing we had someone in our corner taking care of things for us, Paulina was that person for us. Paulina was extremely knowledgeable for this area (North Atlanta and beyond), from the codes, rules, market analysis to the construction and layout of the homes. She took the time to truly understand what our wants and needs were and tailored her search and activities to just that. We were out of state during the sell of our home and Paulina was incredible with staying in touch and taking care of business. She handled everything to do with our loan and coordinated it all with our builder. We really just had to show up, sign and get the keys. If youre looking for a single person to handle every aspect of your home purchase, Paulina is the person you need to contact. Not only was she a true professional, but Paulina was also very personal. She took the time to get to know us and communicated with us on a personal level....never a sales person....just someone that took care of what we needed. I highly recommend Paulina for anyone and everyone. Thank you for everything Paulina. I hope to not need an agent again, but if we do....we will be calling

ZillowVERIFIED I have always heard how a good realtor makes any home transaction go well and if I can just say I didn?t understand that until I had Paulina help us with the purchase of our second home. She went above and beyond every time! She always made sure we were taken care of and always kept our best interest at heart. Truly I could say she is such an amazing person and does her job just as great! I have no issue referring my friend and family to her because I know she will take such good care of them! Thank you again so much for making everything possible for us!

ZillowVERIFIED Paulina was accessible; very timely in her responses to calls day and night. Her knowledge of the locality was very impressive. She went through the sale process in a knowledgeable, friendly and patient manner. By the end of the deal Paulina had become a member of the family. We looked forward to her appearing at the door in her warm smile- an impressive personality. She makes the selling process a pleasant experience. CP
