I sell real estate in the area where I have lived my entire life. I am a full time REALTOR(R) and I am committed to providing excellent service to all my clients. I am fortunate to have a career that allows me the opportunity to help people realize their real estate goals and dreams. I guide sellers through the complete selling process which can be complex. I have the experience to negotiate for my client's best interest. I have the National Association of Realtors Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS) as well as the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designations to further enhance my knowledge in guiding sellers through their sale. I have served the Lewis County Realtor Chapter as Chapter Chair. I have been given the honor of Realtor of the Year by my peers. I have expanded my education by completing the Accredited Buyers Representative Course (ABR), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), VA & Military Real Estate Specialist Course (VAMRES), Completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) in addition I have completed Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and ePro. I feel education and keeping informed is important for my Buyers and Sellers. My greatest commitment is to earn the trust and satisfaction of all my clients.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
The first and best thing a buyer can do is to get pre-qualified with a local lender. If you have questions please reach out to me.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
When you put your home on the market have it ready for buyers to view. Fix the little things that need to be repaired to give buyers a great first impression. Pack up things you are not using it does two things, 1. Your home will look more spacious 2. It takes stress off you when you have a head start on packing to move.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with many clients from first time home buyers to buyers who are purchasing their fifth or investment home. I worked with sellers of small properties in town to homes and farms on large acreage. I have also helped client fulfill their dream of buying land developing it and building their dream home. I enjoy helping each client fulfill their real estate goals and dreams.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I love putting first time buyers or buyers that are entering the housing market again into a new home in their price range. There is nothing more satisfying than handing keys to someone after working hard to own a home. Working with the right team - your broker, lender and title company makes all difference in the world. Have a good team working for you.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I always loved real estate and working on homes. I turned that love into a career over 17 years ago.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have taken many courses over the years to help my clients. I have taken GRI graduate realtor, ePro, being versed in technology. ABR, buyers representative, CHS certified home staging specialist. VAMERS military relocation specialist working with veterans and VA loans. I have also taken the Washington State Home Advantage training to help first time buyers with home buying classes.
