ZillowVERIFIED Paula and her team did an incredible job selling our home, quickly and at over asking price! Paula used her deep knowledge of the local market to price and market our home effectively - drawing large numbers of buyers to view the property and managing multiple offers. Her photographer also did a tremendous job highlighting our home. We would definitely work with Paula again - there's no reason to call anyone else.

She navigates the entire transaction professionally and is always on top of everything, this woman answered my phone call on Mother's Day! ZillowVERIFIED Paula and her team were professional, experienced, honest and reliable in all of their dealings with me. I was selling my parent's property following their deaths and Paula was sensitive to the challenges of family dynamics and grief. Paula's assessment of the property was accurate for the market. She treated me like you would treat someone you know and care about, which is the type of relationship she seems to build with her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to sell our house we wanted to go with someone who was local, and from the first meeting with Paula we felt that she was just what we needed. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and everything she said would make perfect sense, so we decided to just follow her suggestions for making the house ready and let her team handle the rest of the process.

ZillowVERIFIED After 35 years in our much loved home we asked Paula Clarke of Paula Clarke Team, Coldwell Banker, in Hillsdale to make recommendations of what we should update/paint/repair in our home prior to putting it on the market. We were happy to have the advice of a professional and we managed to make the changes at our leisure. Meanwhile, we purchased our new home. Putting our home up for sale in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic was no easy feat. With no Open Houses being held and potential buyers viewing the sale via the web Paula advised us she would stage our house to promote the property. Paula was with us every step of the way making suggestions and recommendations. We sold our house not once but twice as the first sale fell through. We are grateful to Paula for all she did to help us through the Sale and to find the right buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Patty is a true professional and a very caring, knowledgable realtor. We received an offer on our house and needed to find a new home very quickly. She cleared her calendar and was available as needed to meet our tight business schedules. Within three weeks, she helped us locate the home we were looking for, meeting all of our criteria. Once our offer was excepted, she helped us locate an inspector, recommended movers, house cleaners, etc. She was a huge help! I'm happy to say that we had two closings a few days ago, we sold our home of 18 years and bought our new dream home the same day. We couldn't have done it without Patty's help and without the help of the Paula Clark Group! I highly recommend Patty!

ZillowVERIFIED Paula was incredible to work with! She found us a home in the desirable town of Old Tappan, and lucky for us, in her own neighborhood! We were lucky enough to have her as a friend and realtor and now we can add neighbor to the list and we couldn't be happier. We had a very specific list when searching for a new home and she was able to put together options for us and help us find the perfect fit. She made the entire process seamless and easy. Offers, closing and all the paperwork that you expect to be tedious was simple. Paula truly made the home buying process easier and more pleasant than we could have ever expected. We would recommend working with Paula to anyone in the area who wants to work with the absolute best and have your expectations met and exceeded. We can't wait to be her neighbors!

ZillowVERIFIED Paula and team worked with us for many YEARS and never gave up on us! She also never let us settle for a house that we didn't love. She is true real estate professional and knows how to get a deal done. I don't recommend many people I do business with, but I recommend Paula without hesitation. We just closed on both houses in record time and I attribute that to Paula and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Paula managed the sale of our family home with me 2000 miles away. I grew up in Bergen County and we were selling our Mom's house. There were several tricky decisions in our sale and to my surprise Paula was completely right on each one - pricing, timing, what to repair (she saved us thousands of $s convincing us not to do certain unnecessary repairs and suggested some very well placed ones). Her market and buyer instincts were truly impressive. Our home sold in 4 days. Over asking price. I've bought and sold a few homes and I can't think of another real estate agent who would have pulled this off - much less with me so far away. Run, to hire her to sell your home.

ZillowVERIFIED To friends I've recommended to use Paula, I refer to her as "the fixer".she represented my husband and I on double transactions. This woman knows no boundaries. Her skills and strategies are unmatchable. She's just got such a passion for real estate, even after 24 years. If she doesn't know the answer to a question, which is rare, she will find out. She's attached to her phone, her responses are lightning fast. Whether you're a first time buyer or a flipper, she will be patient with you and tend to all your questions, needs and advice. If you use Paula as your listing agent, you will NOT be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED I chose Paula Clark because I saw my neighbors house go up for sale several times with other realtors with no success. Paula's sign went up. The immediate action was obviously associated with Paula. The house sold so quickly once Paula was involved. I also noticed other homes in the area with Paula's sign sell faster than other realtors. I hired Paula Clark and her team without reservation. They were all prompt, pleasant, and highly professional. My home had a lot of viewings immediately. Within 16 days I accepted an offer. Paula handled the negotiations and within an hour we had a deal. I would highly recommend Paula and her team without hesitation! Sincerely, Luann Ferrari
