ZillowVERIFIEDThis review is about 2 years overdue! Paul is the absolute best of the best! In 2022 he helped my family find/buy/move-in to our home in 6 months! Fast forward to now and he has also done the same thing for my mother-in-law, in less than 6 months! He knows his home values, he knows potential issues by looking. He can also tell when something is/was or had been an issue. The house has an issue? Guess what! Paul "knows a guy" for just about any work needing done. :) He is truly the best to work with. He worked around our availability. If I sent him a house to see at 8AM or 9AM, if the seller allowed, we would be in it looking within a couple of hours. He will be by your side every step of the way. You can ask him any questions, if he doesn't have the answer he will find it for you. You will not regret working with Paul.
