My wife and I had been looking for months for a new home closer to town. Needless to say we were starting to get a bit frustrated with what we were coming across. When we finally found the perfect house, Paul jumped into action for us to make sure we landed it. We were very excited (perhaps overly so) about the prospect of this new house. Paul was patient with our incessant questions and moved quickly/deliberating into action to make sure we got the result we wanted. Paul was with us every step of the way looking out for our best interest. I was very impressed that he took 3 hours out of a weeknight to attend the home inspection with us. Furthermore, Paul is very happy to share his many contacts with contractors he has built relationships with. This is a great resource for a new home owner. Paul is a man of integrity, and I would trust him again to help my family through the home-buying process.
