Vadym was excellent to work with. He listened carefully to our needs and when we mentioned details that represented the value of our property, he agreed with us, instead of just quoting average price per square foot and x number of square feet ... like everyone else did. He also was great and very good at representing the value of the property and helped us out with many things since we were not home after the home was staged. We also loved the group of people that work with him, for examples the cleaners were excellent. He also got us what we asked for when it came to negotiating the value even though we had low bidders we worked back up to our asking price in the end. Excellent service all around.
