ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Paul was Fantastic. He understood what I needed out of my home sale and Made that vision a reality in spite of EVERYTHING going against him and myself. I will not hesitate to recommend Paul! I really think he saved me from losing the buyer because of septic work needing done with his tenacity and quick responses to hurdles the regulator can and DID throw at us.. Paul has a great amount of resources and connections from his years of experience in Selling and Buying homes. Ill be working with Paul again. He is now my guy when it comes to selling houses.

ZillowVERIFIED Paul and his team did an amazing job selling our house. 2nd agent that we hired. First He prepared the house for sale by cleaning things up on the exterior of the house. He virtually staged the interior to look great. He kept in contact in all phases of the sale and helped in negotiating a great sale and in the short time that we had it listed. Highly recommend Paul and his team. Thank you, Mark Johnson

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend Paul Ross enough. I was a first time home buyer and had no idea what to expect. He walked me through every step, and helped me in every way possible to ensure that I got the best deal and the fastest service. Not only did he get me the best price, but he also helped find a mortgage company with a low interest rate that saved me thousands of dollars over time.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been working with City Home Team for the last couple of weeks. I am so happy that I have finally found someone who is genuinely interested in my needs. ZillowVERIFIED Working with Paul and City Home Team has been a great experience. No one else that I have worked with had the same commitment to me and my needs as they did. The team was always there to answer what seemed liked a never-ending list of questions, which is not always easy to do. They made the transition go so smooth and helped me find my dream home at an amazing price.

From the moment we met Paul, he anticipated our needs, committed time and resources in a boutique approach that met what we continued to express as our focus and needs each step! He engaged his team to provide a best in class experience. From his interior design expert to the photography, to recommendations to maximize our selling position by having the inspection before we listed, etc., his communication was awesome and he continued to do open houses and communicate feedback to allow us to have optimum marketing strategies in a changing market. Once sold he and his team continued to help each step and had referrals for services needed that we were blessed to have! We would recommend Paul and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell. He is an excellent communicator and has a desirable blended approach to negotiate while never overbearing. He allows you to Remain in the drivers seat consulting each step of the way!

ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to Aleksey around May 2020 to help me buy a home. During this very competitive market, he helped show me over 30 homes that fit my specific criteria. After getting outbid out of my price ranges on multiple offers, Aleksey got creative and was able to locate my current home off market. We submitted an offer and were able to close on time. He is very knowledgeable and was able to guide me step by step on my first home purchase. He recommend various lenders based on my needs, as well as scheduling inspectors for every home we put an offer on.

ZillowVERIFIED My lease was ending and I was so stressed to find a good home in this economy to rent that was close enough to walk to my work. But somehow he was able to very quickly find a townhouse to rent that worked so perfectly for me! It is the most perfect location and home for me and my family. He was very attentive and always picked up his phone at any given time, and had an answer to all my questions and explained them to my understanding. I recommend using Tim for any real estate needs you have. He knows exactly what he is doing.

ZillowVERIFIED I dont think I have ever seen an agent with such dedication to his craft. We had a very complicated situation with an encroachment on our land from a neighboring property that weve been attempting to resolve for years with no luck, but then a friend recommended that we give Tim a call and he helped connect us with all the proper channels to clear the encroachment and kept checking up on us to see how it was going. Would definitely recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Vadym helped my family to buy aour first house. Even the market was super hot and buyer oriented at that time we managed to get a great deal thanks to Vadym's suggested strategy.I got a support from Vadym starting from the education on the buying process, viewing open houses, making an offer and working with title/escrow/lender. He refered us to multiple parties - lender, constractors for after buy refreshments etc. We went through multiple offers with Vadym and with every house he came up with the custom strategy, working day and night (literally). At the end we secured the deal thanks to Vadym acting quickly.Definitely recommend Vadym as great buyer agent

ZillowVERIFIED He was communicating well and very responsive! There was no hassle in communicating with him. Even though we had tight closing deadline, he was able to handle all process smoothly. Also he negotiated well to get closing cost concession from seller and partenered with lender to get some lender credits.
