This was our first home purchase. We literally knew NOTHING about buying a house, and many months before we were even pre-approved, Brandon was already meeting with us and educating us on the homebuying process. He explained everything, all the terminology, and everything we needed to know, step by step. Once we did get pre-approved by our lender, we were having such a hard time, because of the crazy market, we just kept getting outbid on home after home. However, Brandon really helped us through what was an exhausting, discouraging process. He even found out some new information about a house we had put an offer in on, on his own initiative, and helped us to withdraw when we realized it might have had major problems. In all, we were outbid on 11 offers and toured 49 houses over the course of 3 months before we finally closed on our home. I really thought Brandon was going to give up on us, or maybe stop returning our calls somewhere along the way, but he was always kind, enthusiastic, quickly responsive and optimistic. He never appeared frustrated, even through 49 showings! Whenever we needed him to contact our lender for something, he was on top of it immediately. Really, working with Brandon was what made that exhausting process bearable and, in the end, he is the reason we are in our house today. He was GREAT!
