When we first started our search for a home our mortgage lender pointed us in Jen's direction for a realtor. In this modern day of Zillow and virtual home tours we really didn't see the point in having a real estate agent. We were definitely wrong about that especially because we are first time home buyers. Our first interaction with Jen we looked at a house that didn't really stand out, but was in our price range. She didn't push us into making an offer and wanted to get a better understanding of what we were looking for in a home. After that she went over a presentation about the home buying process which was great because we only had a pre-approval letter from the lender. The housing market in Washington state is very hot and we would see a house online and in a week it would sell. Before we looked at any other houses we made sure to have our assets and income verified with our lender as Jen suggested so that our offer would be stronger. We toured another house in our price range and we liked it enough to put in an offer. There was another offer in place, and this is where Jen's experience really came in handy. Based on the other offer she came up with a strategy so that the seller would choose ours instead. The seller ended up picking our offer and we close in two days. Overall Jen is very knowledgeable about the housing market, she has a ton of experience, and is very responsive. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent/realtor.

Paul Fennell worked with us for over a year before we settled on a Belltown Condo. Throughout that year plus we looked at single family, multi family, condos, boat houses from Lynnwood to Renton and the islands. Pauls patience, as we decided where to call home, was endless. When we grew tired he would step back to let us regroup but would then check back in and help motivate us to keep the process going. I would not have blamed Paul for dropping us as a client as we were so ill prepared to make a decision. However, he tirelessly stuck by us and even with a smile. What was very impressive was how well versed Paul is with the neighborhoods of the greater Seattle area. He also has a strong understanding of home construction and lending practices.
