ZillowVERIFIED We absolutely could not have done the home buying process without patty. As first time home buyers, everything can be very overwhelming. Patty not only gave recommendations for an amazing lender and home inspector, but also made sure that we talked through every step of the process and understood next steps far before we encountered them. Patty advocated for us and was there with us through the entire process and we truly could not recommend anyone more highly.

ZillowVERIFIED I will recommend patty to everyone I know buying or selling a home! We were using a family member as our agent originally and switched over to Patty because we knew she was the only agent who could help us sell our home and buy a new home at the same time! She has expert negotiating skills and literally made the entire process a breeze (even with a double closing on the line!) She is extremely responsive and always kept us in the loop with absolutely everything ! Shes truly beyond amazing at what she does ! This review honestly barely speaks to how amazing our experience was with her ! Wouldnt have gotten our dream home without her !

ZillowVERIFIED Patty was wonderful to work with, she made the selling of our home a really positive experience. Patty has considerable knowledge of the RI and Near by Massachusetts real estate markets which helped us with our search for a new home. She supported us through our entire process. ZillowVERIFIED Patty is fantastic , professional, highly knowledgeable, very hardworking, outstanding peoples skills , helped me to find masons, contractors etc,her husband is a master plumber , he did some work for the property on short notice. Always touched base with me and kept me posted , never pushed me for any sale , always let me make final decisions . Ours was a long journey as my property was a unique sell but Patty was always positive , upbeat and got the job done . Please do hire Patty as a buyer or seller as she will go above and beyond her call of duty to help the client to the final sale. Last but not the least Patty does not need any recommendations as she is a highly successful realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I have purchased multiple buildings with Patty, and referred her to close friends. Ive never been disappointed. Patty is the consummate professional, and I'm confident that her negotiation prowess helped me get a building I really wanted. Having the best agent is an asset, and thats why Patty is the only real estate agent I utilize. The hidden secret of Pattys is that she puts her heart and soul into each transaction. The friend I referred to Patty has a complex transaction. Patty rose to each obstacle and dealt with each concern professionallyaEUR| getting him to the finish line. In the end, everyone was happy- and I was glad to have given the referral. When looking for an agent, dont overlook her.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for an agent, you've found her. There is literally no other agent I would work with. She helped us find our house to buy in 2014 and was the only person I considered when looking to sell our house 7 years later. We were still in touch! Patty is responsive, honest, and patient. She helped us get our home ready to sell, provided detailed, timely feedback for us, and sold it super fast. Our family absolutely loves her!

Very experienced, she provided great insight to the East Bay area in terms of neighborhood info and reality history of the area. She answered any question no matter how minuet and always responded quickly. She wasn't afraid to go above and beyond for me and for that I am greatly appreciative and would certainly recommend to any one looking for a realtor to help them buy a home!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot begin to tell you what an amazing realtor Patty Bain is. I decided it was time to downsize my home after the death of my husband. I contacted Patty and she walked me through the process never pressuring me. In fact, she asked me to take some time to be sure I was not rushing into it (She thought about me and not just the sale). Throughout the entire selling process, she answered every question, never pressured me and was very thorough while explaining all the paperwork. Patty made me feel as if I was her only client. If you want a realtor who is very professional, efficient and is looking out for what is best for you, I recommend Patty as your real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Patty is a total pro and I would not hesitate to work with her again. In addition to her expert knowledge of the local market, she is focused, organized and pays attention to the details. The sale of my property involved several other contingent sales, and Patty stayed on top of the process at every stage. I am so glad she represented me.

ZillowVERIFIED Patty has been an amazing realtor and friend to myself and my husband. She assisted us in purchasing our first home several years back and again in selling that same home a few weeks ago. Patty is so knowledgeable in her field and really takes the extra time to make sure everything is explained to you clearly and that youre comfortable throughout every step of the home buying/selling process. ZillowVERIFIED Thanks to Patty's expertise the house was priced right and sold quickly. Although it sounds like "that was easy", it's more involved than that, negotiating between multiple offers, working with the buyers and establishing a good relationship with the people whose offers which just missed. She takes care of all of the details and kept me informed at all times. And she does it all with a smile and positive attitude. Once again, thanks Patty, for a successful real estate transaction.

Patty did a great job in selling mobile home in just five days. However, the closing was contingent on the buyer selling their home. When that was done, I never heard from Patty again. She sent her associate, Mark to help prepare for the closing on Friday, December 27, 2019. He totally screwed up the fire and carbon monoxide detector set up with the electrician walking away with two brand new hardwired detectors that I had paid $52.98 each for. They I was informed the day before the closing that I needed to remove a couch from my home. You people need to keep there clients informed so they can be prepared. My wife and I cannot drive and we need to depend on others to get around. The attorney who handed the closing also has a serious problem with access for disabled clients. The attorney had to go out to my daughters car to sign the paper work for the closing.
