ZillowVERIFIED5 stars isnt enough to emphasize the quality of realtor that Patti Smith is! In every aspect of selling my home she went above and beyond, I could not have gotten through the process without her. She was always 2 steps ahead of me with answers to every one of my questions and needs. Every question was answered quickly, at any time of day. She removed all the added stress of selling my home by handling the necessary repairs with her team of contractors. Most importantly, Patti maximized my selling price. Her knowledge of real estate allowed me to sell far above what other realtors had projected. Job well done, I highly recommend! Thank you Patti!

ZillowVERIFIED Patti Smith just helped us buy our first home, in Ridgeway, SC. She went above and beyond during the whole process. We did not live nearby and Patti was a great liaison to check on the property updates as well as deal with contractors when we could not. Patti was a great negotiator and very, very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of Real Estate. She has excellent contacts for mortgage brokers, lawyers and contractors that made the whole process smoother than expected. I would highly recommend using her to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Patti helped us sell our home and buy a new one and was fantastic. We had what can only be described as an extraordinarily bizarre week thrown at us during closing on both homes, and Patti was with us all the way and went way above and beyond. From walking my dog during a showing, to helping us pack up and get out of our house, she took care of us both in front of and behind the scenes. You can trust her, and her knowledge and experience are hard to match. I hope I'm not buying or selling a home anytime soon, but when I do, I'll call Patti again.

ZillowVERIFIED Patti Smith was recommended to me by a couple I know and trust. She is a delightful person, in addition to being a crackerjack agent. She does her homework on each home you might ask her to show you, gives you a feel for the area around the various properties, is super busy but responds quickly. She is also a super seller's agent, who sold my rather unique rural property within a month of listing it. Naturally, part of that quick sale was luck, but sell it did and fast. I can't say enough good things about Patti!

ZillowVERIFIED Patti was a breath of fresh air. I didn't have to worry about strangers calling me wanting to see the house ( like happened last year). She screened all calls. She handled all problems and found solutions which kept my stress level manageable. Talking with her was like talking to a friend which was welcomed since selling a house can be emotional and stressful; she always seemed to have time to answer my questions and provide encouragement. My house sold and I was able keep my sanity. I would recommend her all day long!

ZillowVERIFIED Patti is the absolute best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Responsive is an understatement. If I ever contacted Patti, she replied within minutes. We had our house on the market with a subpar agent and it sat there for months without any bites. As it turns out, he hadn't priced it properly and he hadn't marketed it at all either. When we made the decision to switch to Patti, she had an offer in 48 hours!!! We were under contract with 72 hours of her taking the job! On the first day she had the house painted and landscaping done at her own expense and then she sent in a professional photographer. Her strategy worked and literally 48 hours after she had the listing we got a nearly full ask offer. When there were any hiccups along the way she went above and beyond to resolve everything. She did so much for us. We are in South Florida and sold a house in Columbia with zero stress because Patti was so incredible. To say she's an amazing real estate agent doesn't even do her justice. She's a sweet person and you'd be lucky to have her as your agent! HIGHLY recommend Patti Smith!

ZillowVERIFIED Patti assisted me when my sister passed away and I was handling her estate. I was fortunate to have someone who knew the market since I live out of state. Patti was able to assist me with doing the closing long-distance, since I would have had a difficult time getting to South Carolina due to my work schedule. She also gave me solid advice regarding how to make the house as presentable as possible for the market. She explained the details clearly and thoroughly with regard to the entire selling process.

ZillowVERIFIED Patti was excellent to work with. My wife and I had several special requirements, she is handicapped and needed a large master bathroom to modify, I wanted a workshop, an acre lot. It took several months but we found very close to what we were looking for. Patti was always encouraging and genuinely interested in finding what we needed and not just trying to sell us something to get a sale. She got us the house even though there was a higher offer from another buyer and when there were delays selling our house she kept the process on track.

ZillowVERIFIED Patti helped tremendously in our home buying process. As a recent college graduate I was not all too knowledgeable with what to look for or the home buying process. Patty helped me every step of the way. She was extremely responsive to all of my questions and showed me a variety of houses and the ups and downs different types of each. Among her many great attributes she was honest. She wasn't just trying to sell me any house she was trying to find a home that would fit me.

ZillowVERIFIED Cant say enough good things about Patti. I looked for a house for over three years, with my finances changing drastically each year from personal factors. She bent over backwards at every turn during that period. I looked at houses that were in an hour away from the central point of the radius, meaning some houses were 2 hours apart easy. All I ever had to do was call/text her to let her know I wanted to go look and she was there, any day, any time, she worked everything around my schedule. She's also been in the business a while so her experience helped me out a ton since it was my first house. Warned about certain things that I never would have known before and constantly kept me updated on everything from potential issues about a certain property to competition I had at certain houses. Also she never pressured me on anything, she even told me at one point to step back and wait because I was iffy on one of the houses we wanted to move forward with. Told me if for any reason I didn't feel comfortable I should wait. That's something most agents won't do because all they care about is commission, you won't get that with Patti. She advises you like your family every step of the way, which is what she becomes over that process. Would never use anyone else for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Patti helped me list and sell my home. She was extremely knowledgeable as far as where in the market my home would be and who to market it to.Once an offer was in, she made sure the process went smoothly. She made sure all the right people were involved in fixing issues found during inspection. Thinking back on that experience it is impressive how well things went, taking into account that it all happened during the Christmas and New Year holidays. If we are ever in the market to sell our home and purchase another she will be the agent we contact.

Her years of experience and her connections made the process easy for us, We were states away and felt confident Patti was watching over it all. That included extra things she did that were outside the scope of her duties. She is wonderful and a delightful person to work with!Again, very highly recommended!!!2015 - My husband and I were a long distance move, which are always difficult. Patti was just what we needed. She knows the greater Columbia area so could help steer us in the best direction for our wants and needs. She is also well connected with all the other aspects of buying a home, so scheduling inspections/financing/bids was easier than it normally would have been. If something wasn't right she addressed it right away.On top of that, she has one of those winning personalities and a great sense of humor which was quite welcome when the process stretched out over 9 or so months. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Patti was highly professional and incredibly helpful in terms of selling our home and buying a new home. She answered questions day and night, and she worked tirelessly to sell our home, not to mention that she set the sale price $15000 higher than other realtors recommended, and it sold for that price. I recommend Patti as a realtor without hesitation.
