She went out of her way to keep me informed on comments made when she had open house and what improvements would be helpful. When we replaced the carpet she was the first to see it and noticed flaws. She contacted the company who did the replacement and told them it didn't look right and they needed to fix it. Patti was very kind and showed compassion knowing we were grieving for the loss of our mother.
