There were numerous hiccups on our end due to issues with the house and Patrik was calm, supportive and professional throughout. He had an amazing array of trustworthy professionals he referred us to for repairs. He even installed the smoke detectors and earthquake straps on the water heater himself prior to inspection because we were out of the area. There were several points where he had to play hardball with the buyer's realtor and I felt strongly represented in those negotiations. He had great instincts and we ended up with a great price and buyer.
