The Agency

Patrik has been fantastic to work with throughout the entire process and he found us the perfect house. He would always keep us updated and gave us daily information on available properties. His local knowledge is second to none and he would always show up at the agreed upon time for the property showings. I can highly recommend this realtor.

My partner and I started looking at purchasing a property about nine months before we made the move back to the Portland area. I found Patrik via a listing I saw online and didn't have any connection to him prior. Patrik's insight to the many neighborhoods of Portland, current market trends, and industry knowledge helped us get under contract and eventually to the closing table. I have been fortunate to have undergone several real estate transactions, and I can confidently say that this one felt the best from the client perspective. Patrik's communication is exceptional and he was always willing to provide guidance where our knowledge lacked.

My husband and I had the pleasure of buying our first home with Patriks help. He was knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, communicative, genuine, and overall just an awesome human being. Buying a house can be very stressful but Patrik helped us find the perfect home and exceeded our expectations in doing so. He made sure we were putting in a solid offer each time and not overbidding if it wasnt going to serve us. He was very transparent and gave us some much needed reality checks during the process, which I appreciated greatly. Its apparent Patrik cares more about finding the right home for his clients over just making a sale. Weve encountered other realtors that didnt have the same integrity and care as Patrik does, and those interactions made me incredibly grateful Patrick was on our side. If youre looking to buy or sell a home please stop your search and just hire Patrik. We are very happy we did!

Patrik is such a wonderful human being. He made our home buying process so smooth! He was informative but not overwhelming, he brings such a calming and confident experience to the buying process. I cant imagine working with anyone else.

We worked with Patrik and he exceeded our expectations in literally every way. He was incredibly thorough, and transparent, and genuinely prioritized us and our needs over his getting a sale. I was very impressed with his willingness to make sure we didnt compromise, even at the cost his time, and potentially his money. I would recommend Patrik to anyone buying or selling, to literally anyone who would listen. Hes one of the coolest people Ive had the pleasure of working with in any capacity, and the only thing that made buying a home tolerable. (Sometimes even a little fun) I am beyond grateful for the recommendation that brought me his way, and hope that other people who need help in real estate are lucky enough to find him as well.
