Start by working with a lender that you trust. In most cases, if you need a recommendation ask the Realtor your working with if they have any recommendations. Don't worry, the Realtor doesn't get a kick-back, but they do you some really good lenders that work fast and work to get you a reliable amount that you are certain will cause nop last minutes issues, when your trying to complete the buying process and then move into the home you have found.

This biggest thing to consider is the you need to be under contract within 26 days of placing your home or property on the Open Market. Anything past that, buyers ask "What's wrong with it?" questions, and some will not even look at it. Ask your Real Estate Agent or Broker to do a walk through of the home with their buyer's eyes on. This is geared toward getting sure that you will maximum market value of your home, and prepare you for any potential repair requests. Also, don't be afraid to ask what they will do for their commission? Any agent of great value is prepared for such a conversation and shown describe how their use of Photography experts, and how many Internet marketing sites they are going to use, all of which comes at no cost to you. But then if you was a lower commission charge, be prepared to give something up and live with a possible delay of selling your property.

After a 42 year career as a Peace Officer, I retired and spent time with my wife at home. After two years, by wife of many years sat me down and told me to go find something to do, or we would separate. I got to know of their reasons to wanting to be a homeowner, and did everything in my power to make it a stress free transactions for all.
