ZillowVERIFIEDPatrick helped us buy our first home. Being new home buyers we were expecting a long and stressful process, which was far from our experience. Patrick gave us the easiest and least stressful experience possible! We got exactly what we wanted. Will be going through Patrick once we decide to move again!

ZillowVERIFIED Patrick and Kristi were both personable and amazing agents that made us feel very confident about our first time home buying experience. More than once Patrick met us on very short notice or went out of his way to meet with us or answer our questions. During the inspection Kristi was present to offer her experience and provide some useful questions for the inspector that we didn't think of. The process all went very smoothly and thanks to Patrick and Kristi buying our first home was a positive experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Patrick and Kristi helped us with selling our current property and buying a new home. They were very reliable and patient as we looked for a new home and ultimately settled in building a new home. The buyers and their agent of our old home were difficult to deal with to say the least, but Patrick kept us in the loop and worked through all the issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Patrick and Kristi are great! Patrick was super responsive all the time. We exchanged texts almost daily throughout the process and he was always quick to address any questions, concerns, or requests.Throughout the process of selling one house and buying another, I found a lot of people looking to take advantage and trying to make an extra buck. Patrick and Kristi were more than fair and never did anything remotely questionable. Patrick was never pushy and let us set the pace for house hunting. He was always available when we wanted to get into houses. He worked hard for us until we finally walked into the house we didn't know we were looking for. We love it! And, we are settling in nicely. The buyer of our house was quite a challenge and we ended up on a tight timeline to close on both the sale of our old house and purchase of our new house on the same day. Patrick became that needed buffer between us and the buyer. We had to work through some silly demands but Patrick was able to help the process go smoothly. Patrick made sure we understood way was happening at every stage. In the end, it was a win for everyone.Kristi was the behind the scenes half of this team. She was prepping documents, sending emails, and helping with the digital stuff. Patrick was the face of the team for us.I would definitely recommend Patrick and Kristi. They are a great team!

ZillowVERIFIED Patrick was available every single time we had a question or wanted to see a house. Evenings, weekends, short notice, etc. He was extremely knowledgeable and wasnt pushy at all. He was a pleasure to work with and we felt like he made it a priority to get us into a home that we loved, and not just into a home quickly so he could move on to his next client. Choose Patrick for your realtor and let him wow you!!

ZillowVERIFIED If we could give them 6 stars, we would! Patrick and Kristi bring a strong knowledge of the Salem real estate market along with outstanding client service skills. They were responsive on evenings and weekends and willing to go the extra mile to make sure each stage of our transaction went smoothly. They maintain an expansive network of resources that were able to help us with our investment property. Three words that describe them are: "smart" "detailed" and "resourceful." We would gladly work with them again!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I got linked up with Patrick through Homes for Heroes. Patrick was extremely helpful in all areas of the home buying process. He took time out of his day to go on countless walkthroughs with me until we found *just* the right house and was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions (as first time home-buyers).
