About Patrick Clark
Patrick Clark is a REALTOR(R) with eXp Realty serving the Olympia area and communities throughout Washington's South Sound region. I've spent more than a decade helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market with clear guidance and a steady approach to each transaction.
Over the course of my career, I've had the opportunity to help clients complete more than 125 residential transactions totaling over $54 million in sales across Thurston, Pierce, Mason, Lewis, Grays Harbor, and South King Counties. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors across a wide range of property types, including first time homebuyers, move up homeowners, and clients relocating to the area.
Much of my work involves helping families throughout Olympia, Lacey, Dupont, Tumwater, Yelm, Spanaway, Tacoma, and surrounding Thurston and Pierce County communities. Giving back to the community is something that is important to me both personally and professionally. I enjoy spending time mentoring young adults in the community, offering guidance, encouragement, and sharing experiences that may help them navigate their early career and life decisions. I also believe in supporting the organizations that make our local communities stronger. Throughout the year I contribute to and support a variety of charitable causes and local initiatives that serve families and individuals throughout the South Sound region. Being involved in the community allows me to build meaningful relationships beyond real estate and stay connected to the people and neighborhoods I have the privilege of serving.

I have been married for more than 23 years and feel very fortunate to have a family that includes adult children and grandchildren who also live in the Olympia area. Being rooted in the community and surrounded by family here in the South Sound is something I value deeply.

Many of my clients are families relocating to the South Sound area as well as service members and military families moving to or from Joint Base Lewis McChord.

One transaction that was especially meaningful to me was helping guide my 22 year old son and his wife through the purchase of their first home in the Olympia area. While I have had the privilege of helping many clients buy and sell homes over the years, being able to walk my own family through the process was a special experience.
Like many first time buyers, they had a lot of questions about financing, the offer process, inspections, and what to expect at each stage. It gave me the opportunity to slow things down, explain each step clearly, and help them make confident decisions along the way.
My wife, who is a mortgage loan officer, was also able to help on the financing side. Working together as a team allowed us to support them through both the lending and real estate aspects of the transaction and help turn their goal of homeownership into a reality.
Seeing them receive the keys to their first home and begin that next chapter was incredibly rewarding and a great reminder of why I enjoy helping people navigate one of life’s biggest milestones.
Before entering real estate, I spent years working in sales and organizational leadership roles where I had the opportunity to work closely with people, build relationships, and help guide teams toward shared goals. I really enjoyed the people side of that work, helping others solve problems, make decisions, and move forward with confidence.
I initially began working in real estate part time, but it quickly became a passion. I found the opportunity to help individuals and families through important life decisions incredibly rewarding. At the same time, real estate allowed me to pursue my entrepreneurial goals by building a business centered around service, relationships, and long term trust.
What started as a part time endeavor quickly grew into a full time career, and today I continue to enjoy helping clients navigate the buying and selling process while building a business that reflects my values of service, integrity, and strong communication.
I am a licensed REALTOR® in Washington State and hold the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation, which provides specialized training in assisting active duty service members, veterans, and military families relocating to and from communities around Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
In addition to my real estate designations, I serve as a certified mentor within eXp Realty, helping agents who are new to the brokerage learn best practices in contracts, negotiations, and client service. I also lead and collaborate with a small group of local agents, which keeps me actively engaged in sharing market insights, strategies, and solutions to better serve our clients.
