As an extremely frustrated seller, from listing home with another (highly recommended) local agent for over a year, and having next to zero responsiveness, Patrick was a diamond in the rough! Being out of state, while trying to sell a home 1700 miles away, was beyond challenging and we felt helpless and stuck! Fed up, we decided to blindly search for another Agent, and stumbled across Patrick. No personal recommendations, no clue who he was, we contacted him based solely on his glowing reviews, and let me tell you, his reviews were (are) spot on! From day one, Patrick was personable, motivated, and ready to get this property sold! He went above and beyond; cleaning up the front of the place (removing misc. items, boxes, yard and farm gear), which greatly improved the appearance, and promoted interest. Patrick took new pictures, including drone images of the property; submitted the listing to several social media sites, and then had an open house! Within 1 MONTH, Patrick had multiple showings, which resulted in the actual cash sale we needed for this property!!!!! Patrick didn't stop there, he was helpful in obtaining resources to remove items, finding an auctioneer for items we wanted sold, and then provided more resources for removal of items not shipped once the movers packed up and left. We had one week to sign on the deal, so flying back to WA to pack, facilitate/assist the moving truck, then clean-up for new buyers, was stressful to say the least, but we did it! On day 8, one day after signing the papers, the check was on our front door step, 1700 miles away, once again! If Patrick tells you he can do something, he does it! He will tell you the truth, even if it hurts. He doesn't blow smoke, make promises or give you a sales pitch, then put you on the back burner while moving on to bigger/better prospects. We were impressed by Patrick, from day one! His communication was stellar! If he tells you he will call- he calls. If he tells you he will do this or that to enhance the place, he does it. If he tells you he has an idea to try- he applies it. When Patrick showed the place to potential buyers, he gave immediate feedback without being chased down. Looking for a house in this market is difficult and has a high failure rate. We had to look at a couple dozen houses, and sometimes they would be under contract a couple of hours after we looked at them. Patrick put in days of showings and putting in offers. Ultimately our home search ended happily, and we were able to get a place we truly wanted. It took a tremendous amount of effort on Patrick's part, and we're so grateful for his help.
