Patty was AMAZING! She was knowledgeable, patient, informative and a pleasure to work with. I turned away a few offers, and on the other end were very selective in what we wanted to purchase. Patty never lost her patience or tried to talk me into anything I wanted. She even steered me away from something I would've bought, that we would've regretted. The only regret we have with working with Patty is we've bought and sold, and now we don't get to see her. Once we're in order at the new place, she will be one of the first invited over! My experience with Patty was absolutely fantastic, she was there for me every step of the way.I wanted to find a home in a quiet neighborhood. Early on in my search, I thought I found the house. Thankfully, Patty's local knowledge of the area, alerted me to a proposal that rezoning part of the neighborhood allowing for the expansion of the local hospital, potentially adding a significant amount of traffic to the neighborhood -- a deal breaker.I was on the fence about checking out a new construction build and ultimately told Patty not to scheduling a showing. However, she convinced me to go check it out. Thanks to that push, I ended up in a fantastic home! I can't believe I was so close to passing it up, thank you Patty!Unfortunately, my real estate transaction was plagued with problems and closing was delayed by a month. This was extremely stressful! Patty went above and beyond to help resolve issues and ensure progress was being made. This was an extremely challenging transaction and I wouldn't have wanted to go through this with anyone else!
