All in can say is that Patricia Rohan is the best at her craft! Anyone can sell a house, but if your a realtor, your value comes in when you have handle very difficult deals. Most cant handle complex real estate transactions. This is where she excels and is more than comfortable! She was able to complete not one but two difficult real estate transactions for me!

Do I need to share my financial info with my realtor?

You do not have to share your financial information with your realtor. All realtors require a copy of your preapproval letter. Your realtor will also need to speak with your mortgage person. Realtors must know how much home you can afford.
