She had been selling units at the condos I lived in and once all sold she was moving on. I had kept this email for 3 years. The day came when it was crucial to sell my unit quickly. I remembered her email and decided it was not deleted for a reason. She responded to my request for her to visit the unit and my family. Patricia took the time to get to know us first. Then she toured the unit and the building with us. Once we came back she calmly laid out a game plan. What was even more surprising was how she would put the unit on the market for what we were expecting! We followed her instructions and soon were seeing the fruits of her recommendations. She brought in a top notch photographer who secured some awesome photos. Let me compliment her supporting staff(Jess) as well. Within 2 days she already had people coming in to view the condo! Within a week we had an offer! Two weeks later Im sitting at a attorneys office for closing! Blessed! My coworkers were very surprised when I said I had to leave for the afternoon to go to the closing. Didnt you just list that condo? Again...I feel that I was blessed.
