The first house had a real estate agent who appraised it too low and she came in with confidence saying she knew it was worth more and she was right. We ended up selling for more than the asking price. The second house was a new build and had Multiple offers with a contract within a week. We only trust her because she is organized and knows the area so well. She is always willing to talk and answer any questions anytime of the day. Shes a wonderful human being. ZillowVERIFIED Pats team did a good job prepping for the sale etc. but once we had a contract Pat no longer worked for us. Her focus and efforts were all about pleasing the buyer. There are too many instances where she did not support or represent us to be listed here. Fortunately, we had trusted outside counsel to advise us against what she attempted to make us do so we did not lose as much as we could have. I would never use her again nor would I recommend her to anyone.
