ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Parviz and his team to sell our probate property was a great experience from beginning to end. Going through an estate sale can be stressful and overwhelming, especially when there are so many different steps involved, but Parviz made the entire process much easier for our family. From our first conversation, he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very familiar with probate and estate sales. He took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated throughout the sale. He also helped coordinate everything that needed to be done with the property, which took a lot of pressure off our family. What we appreciated most was his communication and dedication. We always knew what was happening with showings, buyer interest, offers, and the next steps. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Parviz and his team truly went above and beyond to make sure the transaction moved forward as smoothly as possible. If you are dealing with a probate or estate property and need someone who understands the process and will guide you through it, I highly recommend Parviz and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED Wow, I honestly dont even know where to start. When we decided to sell our three-family home in Queens, we were very nervous about hiring an agent. We had heard so many scary stories from other homeowners. But everything changed the moment Parviz and Ydalmi came to our house. From that first meeting, they completely changed how we felt and we trusted them right away. They listed our property at $950,000 and sold it for $1,100,000. $150,000 over asking price. An absolutely amazing job. On top of that, they helped us purchase a property upstate and saved us an additional $25,000 through smart negotiation. We just closed on that property, and we couldnt be happier. Their support didnt stop there. They helped us negotiate with non-paying tenants, successfully move them out, and even helped us find reliable movers to make our relocation smooth and stress-free. They truly did everything they promised and more. Parviz and his team are not just incredible real estate professionals; they are genuinely kind, honest, and caring people. They were there for us every step of the way, always responsive, professional, and confident in what they do. In our opinion, Parviz and The Parviz Team are the best real estate brokers in NYC. We 100% recommend them to anyone buying or selling real estate. They made magic happen for our family. No doubt we will work with them again.?Best broker. Best team. Truly the best. Highly recommended

ZillowVERIFIED It's been eight months since my husband and I began our journey with Top Nest Real Estate to find a buyer for our property in Brooklyn. Our home had been on the market for almost 1.5yrs before we began working with this team. Although the process had its challenges, as we were dealing with exceptionally hostile tenants, I'm truly happy to say that we reached a successful conclusion. Parviz was exceptional. He is not only a highly skilled professional, but also a genuinely kind person. He and his team supported us every step of the way, consistently staying in contact with us. No other broker had done that previously. I truly appreciate the effort and care Parviz and his team put into helping us. I highly recommend Top Nest Real Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. They are professional, kind-hearted, honest, and straightforward. I would gladly work with them again in the future. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Parviz!

ZillowVERIFIED Exceptional Brokerage Experience with Parviz Latipzoda. I recently had the pleasure of working with Parviz Latipzoda and I must said; it was an extraordinary experience, initially, I found myself in a dilemma when I received offers for my property, all hovering around the $2,000,000 mark, despite the pressure from my attorney to accept something didnt sit right with me. Seeking counsel from my sister,I was advised to enlist the expertise of a professional broker to navigate the sell process, enter Parviz Latipzoda. From the moment I engaged with him,I sensed a genuine commitment to honesty and loyalty, choosing to entrust him with the sale of my property, turned out to be a decision I will never regret. Parvizs dedication and expertise shone through as he skillfully negotiated on my behalf.thanks to his diligence efforts, my property sold for a remarkable $2,670,000. Not only did he secure a higher price, but he also ensured that the entire process was seamless and stress-free for me. In hindsight I'm grateful that I follow my intuition and enlisted Parvizs services . His professionalism, integrity, and unwavering dedication to his clients make him an exceptional broker. Without a doubt,I highly recommend Parviz Latipzoda to anyone seeking a truly remarkable brokerage experience.
