From the very start Pam Ratcliffe and her entire team, were professional, patient, straightforward and most of all honest every step of the way. The house my three siblings and I were needing to sell was our parent's house that had been rented previously. None of us living in the San Diego area anymore, and the house in more disrepair then we had hoped, Pam and team fixed up the house frugally inside and out, put it on the market, with tons of people coming to the open houses and selling very quickly. All the while taking calls with helpful answers to our many questions from my siblings and me. Pam and the team did a great job being patient sometimes hand-holding when needed as well as being fierce in the negotiations getting as much as we could for the house. We cannot recommend highly enough Pam and everyone at Team Ratcliff, they are all great people and work so hard for their clients.
