ZillowVERIFIED Hands down the best realtor weve ever had. Weve bought three houses and sold two and Pam has by far been the best. We will use her again should we ever buy and sell again. Heres why Pam is by far the best: We moved from out of state to Georgia in July and based on some realtor specific certificates, we narrowed it down to a few and Pam seemed to be the most engaged after talking to her. She checked the most boxes. Once we settled on Pam she got to work searching for what were looking for based on all the information we have her regarding our likes and dont likes. We made a trip out to go physically look at houses and Pam was able to shuffle her schedule around us. After about 3 days straight of looking at homes all day, which included changing homes on the spot, coordinating viewings, driving all over Forsyth county, etc. After narrowing it down on the third day we made the decision to make an offer, after a couple back and forths we had a house we love at a great price that was under our budget. We appreciated that Pam didnt push us to the top of our budget, that she kept up no problem with our demanding schedule, she picked out things that were wrong or issues with the house that we would have missed, and she never made us feel uncomfortable. We had to do a virtual walk through that Pam also helped us with no problem by being there and holding the phone in face time while checking things herself, and also helped with our mail away closing and all other details that required someone there in person. Long story short, Pam is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market, housing construction, rules and laws, the area and its history. We got lucky finding Pam as a realtor just by chance searing in realtor.com but shell be our realtor going forward if we ever decide to buy and sell again.

ZillowVERIFIED Pam is in a class all her own. I have bought and sold several homes throughout my life and Pam has BY FAR exceeded every realtor I've ever used. She understands every facet of selling and buying a home. She understands the emotional side of the complete transaction. She understands and stays up to date on trends and the market. Her attention to detail will blow you away! Trust me when I say that not all realtors are created equal. I was overwhelmed with preparing my home to be put on the market. Pam mapped out a plan for me and I followed her advice. She was there every step of the way. She visited the home several times before it went on the market to see the progress I was making, which was incredibly helpful. She staged the house perfectly and had a professional photographer take pictures of the home. I can not emphasize how critical this step is. Many realtors skimp on this step which is, in my opinion, detrimental to the seller. The pictures drew a tremendous crowd. I received almost 40 offers in the first 36 hours of the home being listed. The home sold for over $70,000 than asking price. This is largely due to Pam knowing how to appropriately price a home. The beauty about Pam is that she isn't finished at that point. She sifts through each and every offer with clients in order to dig through them and help the seller choose the best one. Pam will no doubt be my only choice the next time I buy and sell a home!

Knowing we were not purchasing for another year, she still took the time to showed us neighborhoods so we can get a feel for the area. We moved here for personal reasons and Pam not only helped us with finding a house, but helped us navigate the school system for our special needs son. Pam stayed connected with us for the year we needed to finish the school year and sell our house in the other state.
