ZillowVERIFIED Caleb and Paige Monk sold my first home for me, and they were top notch. The amount of time and effort they put into making sure my home would sell quickly once it listed was unbelievable. My home was a more less expensive option for most buyers that didnt create the amount of commission that you would expect the work they employed. Once it listed on the market, they had four to five showings within the first twenty four hours, and we were under contract to sell within thirty six hours above the asking price. After the contract was signed they remained helpful and available to answer all my questions to make this process easy and stress free. I will defiantly be using them again.

ZillowVERIFIED I am so happy with the service I received from Paige (and Caleb) Monk. I had to relocate to another state for a job; I gave Paige my key and left town and she took care of the rest. They staged my home with furniture and took professional photos and video. I had multiple offers within 3 or 4 days of listing and was under contract within the same time frame. They coordinated repairs and all paperwork all while I was in a different state. I know my transaction wasnt the easiest, but they really handled it spectacularly. I have recommended them to friends already.
