Monk and Company

We sold our house in October 2021 and Paige and Caleb made the process so easy. They laid everything out from the very beginning as to how the process worked and kept us informed all along the way. Our house sold in 2 days from when we posted it. They took care of everything. The BEST part was able to do all the forms by email. I highly recommend Them for all your selling or buying needs. You won?t go wrong!!!

We are elderly clients that have never sold a house before. We also are from out of town so this created lots of problems. Paige & Caleb handled everything including all minor repairs. Got us a great price very fast. Thanks for a job well done.

We were first time home buyers & had not a single clue as to what we were doing. Paige & Caleb helped us both TREMENDOUSLY throughout the process. Paige contacted me one night about a house that was not even on Zillow yet to sell that she happened to see while driving & then Caleb went as far as meeting us after dark to come view the house we bought! They are an AMAZING team together & make you feel very comfortable about the process & any questions you may have. After we bought the house, they then sent us a letter out of kindness to wish us the best. I will always recommend anyone to them. Thank you Paige & Caleb for helping us find our beautiful home!

Paige and Caleb were very knowledgeable about the housing market and helped me through the entire process of buying my first home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a home in the area.

We were new to buying, Paige & Caleb Monk helped us with every step! We were terrified to buy, but they went above and beyond to make us feel very comfortable with choosing the right home to fit all our needs. We highly recommend them! Thanks Paige & Caleb!! ??
