The main reason we decided to work with Paige as she has been in the real estate business for a long time with a great reputation and also grew up in the same neighborhood. So she knew our area well. One thing she did that finally helped us to sell our house was from two open houses she kept for other realtors. Other realtors critiqued what they like and dislike about our house. One thing that had stand out was a darker color in kitchen and breakfast area ceiling. Although this can be easily changed by a new owner we decided to take care of that.
