Hi! I'm Paia Wiese, a full-time REALTOR® serving Southwest Minnesota with a heart for people and a passion for making the buying and selling process feel easy, clear, and comfortable. I work with clients throughout Wabasso, Redwood Falls, Marshall, Tracy, Walnut Grove and all the surrounding rural communities. I specialize in residential homes, hobby farms, acreages, and unique rural properties--the kinds of homes that truly fit people's lives. Most people who work with me say the same things: -I'm patient -I explain everything clearly -I communicate fast -I make them feel understood -I take the stress out of the process -And I'm calm, friendly, and easy to talk to I take a lot of pride in that, because buying or selling a home is a big moment. I want people to feel supported the whole way through. As a Board Member and the 2025 President of our local Realtor Association, I stay up to date on the latest market changes, contracts, and best practices. That means my clients get the highest level of professionalism, ethics, and market knowledge -- with a personal touch that feels genuine, not pushy. When I list a home, I put my whole effort into the marketing: professional photos, videos, social media, print materials, and clean, eye-catching marketing pieces that help your home stand out -- even in smaller towns. When I work with buyers, I take the time to walk them through everything, answer every question, and help them feel confident, not overwhelmed. And I always negotiate with my clients' best interest front and center. A little about me: I live here locally with my husband, Justin, and we have three daughters who are now young adults. We tried to sell our house in multiple local groups on Facebook, but no buyer even came close to our asking price. Paia visited our house and told us she could sell it for 25% MORE than we were asking! I was skeptical, but within two weeks of listing she found a nice family who paid the full price in cash! Paia was very helpful to us throughout the whole process. She was realistic in her expectations (even though they sometimes seemed extremely optimistic), recommended qualified professionals to paint and clean the interior, and was happy to lend a hand where she could in getting the place spruced up and ready to list. 5/5 stars, would definitely recommend selling with Paia!

Amazing job Paia did. She went above and beyond finding us a house we could call our "home." Answered all our calls/text super quick and any info we needed to find out about purchasing our home. The best was that she made the whole process of buying so enjoyable and easy! If we are ever in the market to buy another property, we wouldn't hesitate one bit to use Paia as our realtor again.

Paia helped us buy our new home and sell our first home. Guys, not only did she meet our expectations, she EXCEEDED them and then some! Admittedly, we were a little weary initially due her primary market being in smaller rural towns but WOW, did she prove us wrong - and she offers a LOWER FEE than the realtors up here. She even helped get our home "show ready", pack and move! Paia persevered through the record-breaking amount of obstacles and challenges we faced as well. Like losing 2 offers due to inspectors claiming moisture intrusion - so what did she do?! Well she helped find and contact a Moisture Intrusion specialist to come inspect our home and he was dumbfounded how not only one, but two inspectors saw moisture when there clearly was none. We also had 3 closing delays total - all due to our buyer's buyer realtor (the realtor for the person buying our buyers' home) dropping the ball big time! Needless to say, it was a LONG 107 day process and we wanted to quit a couple times - but she never pressured us either way. She just supported us 100% - even if that meant losing it all, she just wanted to help make our dreams come true. And she sure did :)
