My husband and I feel very lucky to have met Paddy and to have his help in navigating all things real estate. After patiently working with us for over a year, Paddy helped us purchase a new home in Lafayette which we are so excited about. He quickly earned our complete trust - he is very honest with his feedback and it was clear he was not just trying to get us into just any house but one that we'd be truly happy in. There were many properties we were interested in where Paddy would respectfully point out considerations - i.e. might not be best location for kids, might have issues with steep hill in backyard, might be straying away from criteria etc. - and looking back i'm so glad he kept us focused on what we were hoping for. I also love that Paddy is extremely familiar with building and remodeling - it was great to discuss ideas and potential for each of the homes we saw. I think back to a time he helped us crunch numbers on the cost to remodel a property we were considering making an offer on - that was so much work for a house we didn't even get but he was so generous with his time. Now after closing, Paddy is still lending his expertise and contacts to help us with our home and I truly can't thank him enough.

We turned to Paddy Kehoe and his Team when we needed to sell our Lafayette home of 45+ years. They helped us every step of the way. Paddy and his wonderful assistant Alyson were always available with advice and answers - from setting an asking price to deciding on the many necessary updates to understanding the many unfamiliar documents. We worked with his stager/decorator and contractors to modernize our home while retaining its unique character. When it came time to respond to offers, Paddy worked his magic based on years of experience. He negotiated a sale price over-asking in a housing market that was beginning to soften. Eric was a pleasure to work with. He knows the local market quite well and was able to provide insightful input on all properties I was looking at. With the competitive / low inventory market we exist in, Eric was more than willing to look at as many homes as I wanted before finding exactly the right one. When it finally came time to make the offer, Eric not only guided me to a process where we were able to avoid the bidding war, but also guided my price offer to a lower point than what I was willing to pay.
