ZillowVERIFIED Owen was great to work with for both selling of our home (of 22 years) and finding our new retirement home. He was responsive, proactive, patient and helpful. Owen helped us with ideas for preparing our home for sale, coordinating many showings and sorting through multiple offers. On the buyer side, we worked with Owen for months fine tuning our new home specifications as Owen showed us many homes in the area. When we found our new home, Owen was masterful with helping us craft an iron clad offer. Owen was terrific every step of the buying and selling way, and we recommend him to anyone interested in the local market.

ZillowVERIFIED Owen stood by our side for a long time while we determined whether we wanted to put the house on the market. Owen and his team were very edgy in setting every up and provided support along the way. Owens response time was always immediate.

ZillowVERIFIED Owen was AMAZING! We just bought a house in Curtis Park and we love it. He was so patient and worked hard to meet all of our wants/needs. He watched the market carefully and sent us the one we bought the day it came onto the market, which was PERFECT! We put an offer in a day or two after and got it solely because of Owens relationships and negotiations. I would recommend him to any & everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Owen was our realtor and my wife and I could not have been more pleased! Exceptional communication, worked outside the box when we came across road blocks and drove the purchase of our home while doing the right thing for us and the seller with no pressure. Owen knows his stuff and took on all of the legwork. He also worked diligently with our lender to make things happen. Ive had several questions since the purchase of our home in March and Owen has responded immediately. Overall, a great experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Owen was such a pleasure to work with. He was very understanding and patient with my mother's concerns over her sale of her home. He acknowledged all of her requests for the sale. We moved out of the area and Owen was there to handle all the problems that arose that we would have had to take care of. The online process was new to us and Owen got us through the entire process without too much stress of the unknown. The communication was excellent. I was aware of everything I needed to know as it came up and I wasn't bothered with things I didn't need to know. I would definitely use Owen again in the future. Thank you Owen.

ZillowVERIFIED Owen truly overdelivered on our home sale and purchase. We found a house that we absolutely loved and Owen was there every step of the way answering questions and providing the clarity and input we needed to move forward. Once we decided to proceed with the purchase, our nerves were high as we had to get our current home listed and hopefully sold ASAP. We trusted Owen to get us to market quick, and at a price point that would bring as much attention as possible. Owen absolutely nailed it and we were accepting a competitive offer within 2 days! I can't overstate how meaningful this was to us, as we had all the nerves lifted and all of our sale finances in order prior to our purchase. We would recommend Owen to anyone in the market looking to buy or sell a home. This was the biggest financial transaction we have ever made and Owen handled it with professionalism, timeliness, and with a smile! Thank you Owen!

ZillowVERIFIED Owen did a fantastic job with the entire process of Buying a home. I have worked with past relators from different companies, and he blew them out of the water. I met Owen on the Golf Course and instantly realized he had a passion for selling/buying homes, this is why I asked him to work with my family and I. We were a first-time home buyers in a tough competitive market, so a good realtor was a must. His responsiveness was second to none in my opinion, we had a family group chat throughout the entire process. Being a first-time home buyer, we had many questions at all hours of the day, he would answer them right away at any time of the day. This made us all feel very comfortable and understand the process. We were able to close on a home within 3 weeks of working with Owen. We also had an issue the day after the contract was signed, the fence on the new house blew down. Owned was able to negotiate a refund with the seller, at first, we thought there was no way we would get reimbursed for it. He was able to make it happen, and we had a new fence once we moved in. Owen also has many contractor contacts that he shares with you after the purchase, I have already used these contacts to renovate our home. Lastly, when working with Owen, he truly cares about the outcome, so much so that he contacts me to this day asking how the home is treating us and curious of how our small renovations are going. I feel our family gained a lifetime realtor and friend. I highly recommend working with Owen and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED Owen was so great to work with. He was referred to us by a friend and we couldn't have been happier with our decision to list our house with him. We actually considered listing our house on our own and realize the smartest decision we made was to hire outside help. Owen was extremely knowledgeable and a calming presence during a very stressful time in our lives. His advice was great and very appreciated. I would highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Owen was my first realtor ever and was very knowledgeable in the process. He was very helpful and responsive. He is laid back and takes a no pressure approach. His true priority is finding the right home for the right buyer. As a first time buyer, I wished he was actually a bit more pushy and shared his expertise earlier on. However, after I asked him to be more vocal about his thoughts he gave myself and my fiancA(C) the more direct guidance we needed. Overall he was extraordinarily helpful and my fiancA(C) and I are extremely grateful for him. He truly went the extra mile for us and got everything done in an exceptionally timely manner. His strengths are that he is trustworthy, diligent in his work, EXTREMELY responsive, and very open to feedback.

ZillowVERIFIED There is no one better than Owen Taylor - he is knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. I knew him on a personal level, before he became our realtor, and he still exceeded my expectations on a business level. He sold our first house, and knew exactly how to present it to make it appealing to buyers, and helped us understand the process with all the timelines, documents, etc. He sold our second house in FOUR DAYS! He knows how to present it, how to price it, everything! He will be honest with you, and make himself available for any questions with the selling or buying process. I am more than grateful!
