ZillowVERIFIED John is fabulous! I was referred to John, by friends whom he had just helped to find their new dream home. My friend is very particular, so I knew if he was impressed enough to refer him to me, he had to be excellent. I was losing my faith in the whole process. I had already been through 3 agents & 3 offers. The last agent was absolutely awful. The home search was a bit challenging as our budget was kind of small. To me it is very important to feel you can trust the people you are working with to have your best interests at heart as well as know the ins & outs of the job. Right from our first meeting, I was impressed. I could tell he knew his stuff & put all my fears at ease. He immediately got together a list of potentials to look through. He took the time to know exactly what was important to me & sent me only potentials that met those expectations. He would text or call me right back with each question & I had many! He even had to go out of town briefly but even with the time difference & distance, He was right on top of everything. After having searched for so long, when we got close to the accepted offer, I was tempted to just take whatever I could get but he truly wanted the best for me & made sure that I received the best deal possible. He was right on top of getting all the documents to me quickly via whatever mode I had available at the time to speed the process along. He coordinated all the details between my lender, the title company & the sellers agent to make sure everything happened even faster than we had expected, because I had to move that weekend in order to have help. John has such knowledge of the area, the process, the in and outs of the market & even what red flags to watch out for which is especially important with all the flipped homes on the market made to look nice on the outside. Having the right person on your side makes all the difference with anything you do in life, so If you want the best then you need to have John as your agent! He not only got me a great deal, in a great neighborhood he took into account my needs & found us a home with great parks nearby. I was truly blessed to have been referred to John! If ever I have to move again I will not consider anyone else because he is the BEST!

ZillowVERIFIED We originally had another realtor who we did not care for, then we had a friend refer John and we are so happy we met him and had him as our realtor. Not only was he knowledgable but he was caring and listened. He knew exactly what we wanted and found our house that fit our family and a place where we all could call home. He pointed out things that we did not notice about some houses and was very involved in our search, and that made it real easy for us. He got us the best deal and made sure everything was taken care of so there was no stress at all. This was my second time buying a house and the first one had a horrible searching/buying experience, but with John he made it a great experience. I will always come back and use John as my realtor as well as refer him to anyone that is interested in buying a house.
