One word ?Pleasurable?. Let me start by giving you some background. I am a first-time home buyer with not a lot of knowledge on the actions associated with home purchasing. My fiance and I are ?Very Picky? and will question anything if it doesn?t make sense. This combination would make it hard to assist in the home buying process for any realtors, except Olya. Her knowledge of the process and all the ends and outs are impeccable. She was able to walk through the homes with us and show us things that would cost of money to fix and how much it would cost. Also, she does a great job of listening to your needs and explaining things a simplified manner. Beside having all these attributes, she has a strong network of people around her, to help with any other actions after the purchase.
