Before we were even sure that we were moving to Roanoke, Norm showed us around town to help us decide what neighborhood we could see as our future home. He gave us a fun & energetic welcome, and made us even more excited about potentially moving to Roanoke. He was super-helpful and accommodating when we started house-hunting virtually, even while on a family vacation. When the dream-home we found in downtown Roanoke wasn't currently on the market, Norm reached out to the seller's agent to get us in to see the construction-in-process, despite the sellers reluctance. Due to being new construction in a historical area, the purchase itself was complicated, but Julie Ann and Norm were tremendously knowledgeable, assertive, and caring advocates for us. They streamlined the process as much as possible. Norms entire team is awesome, but to say that Julie Ann went above and beyond is a drastic understatement, not only through an extended and complex closing process, but even offering to assist afterwards. Although they simultaneously were working with many clients, both Norm and Julie Ann always made us feel as though getting us happily into our new home was their utmost priority, AND they have the knowledge, motivation, and connections to make that happen.
