ZillowVERIFIEDNita was extremely helpful for our home buying process. We actually purchased our home while outside of the country. Nita went above and beyond any of our expectations for a real estate agent. She was quick to respond to all of our correspondence which was difficult considering we had a 14 hour time difference. We were very happy with Nita's professionalism, quick responses, willingness to go take detailed pictures of prospective properties for us and going the extra mile for us.I never felt like I was being a nuisance with my constant emails or questions that I had. Nita was very knowledgeable about the area which was extremely helpful to us. She answered any and every question that we possibly had about the home, buying process and basically anything that we needed she made sure to get back to me almost immediately with an answer. I had spoke with a few other agents in the area and didn't feel like they were the right fit for our needs. Most took at least a full 24 hours before responding and once we let them know we were out of country I could immediately tell they weren't very interested in working with us. Nita never made me feel unwelcomed or like we were difficult clients. I had absolutely no complaints about Nita during our entire home buying process. We even had a huge issue with the first house we were set to buy. The seller backed out of the deal right before we were set to close. Nita made sure we got everything back that we put towards buying this home and found us a new home that we absolutely loved soon after which we were able to close on. I would recommend Nita Rodriguez to anyone looking to buy a home in the area!
