Nikki is wonderful agent. A true pro. I started my shopping on Zillow and I knew exactly what I wanted. After months of looking for a cabin in north Ga or NC areas, I decide to look at 2 properties in Murphy / Marble areas. I reached out to Miss Nikki via Zillow. She got the showings setup super quick and she had a kind, confident and helpful spirit about her that we really appreciated. With her expert assistance and brilliant team of referral partners (inspectors, insurance, banks, attorneys) We moved quickly on one of the properties and closed in a month! A personal note.. it?s important to know your customer?s personality and fine tune your approach. Nikki really impressed me with this. She didn?t go into ?sales mode? and turn on the pressure. She would genuinely just bring things to my attention, advise and show where there was value in the property. For instance, ?did you know the community well water is included in the HOA fee?? Or ?I have a few questions about the Septic system and I?ll call the other agent for you and check on? Miss Nikki really watched out for us with the negotiations, due diligence and closing processes.
