Grateful to have Nikki Darnell Realtor/BIG Realty as my Realtor for the sale of my lot in Bear Paw Views. Nikki is very professional, always responsive, and had great tips for marketing and pricing my property. I would highly recommend Nikki and would use her again in the future. Nikki is an asset to BIG Realty NC and at the top of her game. Thank you Nikki!

Big Frank was easy and responsive to work with selling our parents house. He knew the market well and made it such a smooth process. I really appreciated that he responded to texts and worked around our schedules. The house sold within a week at the desired price.

We had a buyer and seller experience with Dottie! Highly recommend!!! She is knowledgeable, patient and professional! She brought all paperwork to showing that we could ever need to make a decision. We have a forever friend in Dottie!

Nikki was amazing! She really worked hard and went above and beyond to help us with our land purchase. So happy to have accidentally found her! I would highly recommend her. She was not afraid to negotiate and was very quick to respond and communicated very effectively.
