ZillowVERIFIED I met Nik through a mutual friend and we briefly talked about me wanting to buy a home in the near future. I gave him my info and he followed up with me the next day via e-mail. We talked back and forth about what I was wanting and he started sending me listings to fit my needs in my desired areas. We started going to see the homes I was interested in. He met me at the first one near by where I was living, and was there before me, ready to give me a tour, and answer my questions. He works closely with a mortgage lender and had her call me one evening after normal working hours to go over my income and information to help the pre-approval process get started. We ended up putting in offeres on 3 different houses, and the third offer was accepted. All of the paperwork was quickly done and sent to me electronically to sign. Nik was always keeping me updated on listings and drove me around to look at houses around my schedule. He answered endless e-mails, phone calls, and texts extremely promptly. He is courteous and professional and works with an outstanding and efficient team of people. He was able to negotiate a wonderful deal for me on my home and in my desired location. He was with me at the house inspection that he scheduled for me, met me at my bank to get my earnest money check so I didnt have to go out of my way, and was very supportive through the whole process. I highly recommend Nik as a real estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

He seemed to know the area very well and had actually helped past clients find homes in the area so already knew some of the homes around me. I had sold a home in the past and it was very confusing because my agents never kept me updated. Nik seemed to call me and let me know every step of the way what was going on including any future plans. I didnt have to call nik very much because he would always seem to beat me to it but when i did he would answer me if not immediatly then within the hour. We actually ended up getting 15k above asking price. If i didnt move out of state i would have definetly bought my home through nik. I would have to say that if you are looking to buy or sell real estate CALL NIK!
