Nicole Shaye

Our region is a WONDERFUL place to work and live. I've lived in many parts of Coastal Virginia and other parts of the globe, and know a great place to live when I see one. Our area has so many treasures. I was born into a military family, and that meant mobility. The U.S. Navy brought us to Seattle, Florida, Spain, and Chesapeake, VA. After Great Bridge High School, my next "home" was Christopher Newport University (CNU) as a student-athlete. My specialty was the 1500m run, and I was honored to be conference champion while proudly wearing my CNU uniform. Post-college, I explored a career in Parks & Recreation, which reflected my love of kids and the outdoors; and I also had a successful career as an independent massage therapist -- where diligence, reliability, and the highest professional standards mattered. In 2016, I launched a new chapter exploring my love of real estate (I DO love it, ask my husband Daniel!). I love homes, their history, their design, the rhythms of the market, and making families happy. Fathom Realty was ultimately the best fit for me and my clients' needs. I love the freedom and flexibility Fathom offers, the company's culture and values, and the extensive, well-developed information network that gives me access to the data home buyers and sellers need to know. Why is Williamsburg my family's home? First and foremost, it's the people who make it such a vibrant, friendly network of neighborhoods and communities. The area has charm, with areas that are downright quaint (what could be more quaint than Colonial Williamsburg & The College of William & Mary?). We have suburban character and shops as well as industry; yet the area also has ample access to the water and nature. A quick car trip and you're in Virginia Beach, OBX, Richmond, or even the nation's capitol -- though we LOVE it right here! My husband, Performance Chiropractic's clinical director Dr. Daniel Shaye, is my friend and partner. Together we enjoy such treasures as walking in Colonial Williamsburg with our dog Leroy. We love this area, through and through. I look forward to helping sellers find the right buyer, at the right price, in the right time-frame; and helping buyers find your next home, investment property, or dream home here in the town WE call home.
