Fathom Realty

Nicole was a pleasure to work with. She took the time to understand the details about what we were looking for in a home and find properties to match our wish list. She was very responsive to short time frame requests to tour properties and always eager to go look at a new house. We ultimately bought a house that presented a challenge in that it was a very hot property and only on the market for 5 days before the owner considered multiple offers, including ours. Nicole helped us with our offer strategy and gave good advice about how to craft the offer in a way that the home owner would find it appealing. She is an all-around gem of a person, friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with in every way. Highly recommended!

We had a pretty complex selling situation and we were moving from VA to NH with 4 kids. Nicole was amazing and made the process so easy. She was extremely knowledgeable and was always there whenever we needed ANYTHING. Would 10/10 recommend using her to sell your home or buy a new one. Thank you so much Nicole for everything!

Nicole did an outstanding job selling our home. Her expertise and longevity in the market were valuable during the listing process. Nicole was fantastic regarding timelines, expectations, and communication. We highly recommend Nicole for any real estate transaction.

Nicole did a fantastic job helping us find our home in VA. Moving from out of state we had no connections to anyone and came across Nicole at our chiropractors practice. She was encouraging, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. Never once did we feel as though we were being scammed or lied to just so she could sell a home to us. My husband and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a home!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Nicole. This is actually the second house we have purchased with her, one in 2021 and another now in 2026. Nicole is knowledgeable, connected, communicative, and, most important to me, trustworthy. I highly value her expertise and have recommended her to many friends and coworkers.
