ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish my experience with Nicole was amazing. She is a beautiful person inside and out. Very knowledgeable about the lending and buying process. And her negotiating skills are the bomb.com. Going through this process as a first time home buyer was extremely stressful and very frustrating at times but she made the process so much smoother and comfortable for me. She was very dedicated and goes above and beyond to get the job done. She was able to answer any questions or concerns that I had through the entire buying/closing process. I told her what I wanted and she didnt try to talk me out of anything instead she provided me with her recommendations in a way that further proved that she has her clients best interest at heart. She found my perfect home and I'm truly grateful. I would highly recommend her and her team!

ZillowVERIFIED Since I didnt have the money from my 401(k) in my bank account to put down on the house, other realtors would not show me homes. Nicole did show me homes. She found a house for me to bid on with some real good negotiations for me to get a bid that was lower than two other bids and I still was given the house, THAT IS MY HOME NOW!Thank you Nicole for being a really great realtor!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I have had three realtors in a 20 year span. Mrs. Nicole Reed is the most professional realtor I have worked with. She is knowledgeable, she is aware of what is transpiring in the real estate market, she is aware of the culture of various areas within Richmond and the tri -city area and she will do her research should you choose to move outside of these areas. I have a great deal of respect for her honesty and the team of workers she can recommend to assist you in preparing your home for sale.

ZillowVERIFIED I came to Nicole Reed when me and my newly wed husband were desperately looking for a home to purchase. I told her what I was looking for and the part of town that interest us most. Nicole was very patient and flexible with me while I asked her to show me numerous homes. Since this was a new journey for us both she was always happy to assist and offered advice on what would be a good offer. She even introduced me to an excellent broker who helped my husband and I get qualified despite our not so perfect credit history. ZillowVERIFIED Mrs Reed is an authentic professional. I really don't know when she has time to rest. From the time she began working with me everything she did or suggested was on point. The pictures that she had the photographer take of my home in order to place them online were so impressive they made me want to move back into my home. She has an eye for details. She answers questions thoroughly. Every referral I received from her was just as professional as she is. Communicating with her was so easy. She was on time for all of our meetings and when the contractor was slow in getting things completed she was there to insure that all projects were completed on time. I am amazed at her ability to manage all she did for me and still have time for her other clientele. She has the ability to make her clients feel they are the only ones and that they are important to her and not just another number. I can't thank her enough for all that she accomplished in getting my house marketed and sold. I have never met a realtor who is as focused and dedicated as she is.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Nicole for over 4 years and I only work with people I know, like, and trust. She is experienced in the financial services and customer service industry. I like this type of background because she's able to talk about the whole process form loan approval to closing and really be an advocate. My first home buying experience with another agent was a nightmare, so Nicole has been a breath of fresh air. Nicole is showing me some homes. We have a few things to renovate in our current home before we list, but so far she is awesome! She's not getting a commission yet and she already takes care of us like she is!
