If you are looking for a realtor who goes the extra mile and knows her stuff, Nicole is the gal for you. She made a complicated, stressful process seemless from start to finish, and even after closing she was still offering help. She was on top of her stuff relating to inspection findings and city permits, and if we had anyone other than her, we probably would have missed quite a lot of fixes that were not at our expense. If we needed a recommendation for any sort of work - she had a reliable professional ready to go for us. If there was a question or problem relating to city code, she handled it without us even asking. Even after closing, she is continuing to help and work with us to wrap up some unforeseen issues that popped up on closing day relating to house fixes. She responds quickly and always has your best interest in mind. First of all Id like to thank Nicole for taking a chance on us. We met her at an open house when were just thinking about buying a house. She chatted us up and gave us her card. Couple days later she reached out and was willing to start showing us homes even though we hadnt gone through the pre approval process yet. From there she walked us through the whole home buying process. She was very patient with all our questions since we were first time buyers. We went through a couple offers before we finally found our home. She really did help in finding the perfect home for us. Nicole has the patience of Job. She is kind and agreeable and will go out of her way for as long as it takes until she helps you find the perfect home.
