Yes, that's possible. The home and mortgage can be in your name, and your mom can still help make the payments. Lenders generally just care that the payment is made. The main thing is you would still need to qualify for the mortgage on your own unless she's a co-borrower. If she's helping with the down payment, lenders typically allow gift funds from family with a simple "gift letter". A local lender can walk you through the best way to structure it.
