We just sold our home in Alexandria, VA with Nicole Dash. Working with Debbie Dogrul Associates was a 5-star experience. Nicole was very easy to work with. She was very organized and detail oriented while taking great care to explain the sales process (and all of the steps) to us. As we were considering which parts of the house to fix up or highlight, she was there to offer sound guidance on which ones would be favorably received by prospective buyers or add value to our list price. Nicole provided great insight into the correct price point for our house, thoroughly researching comps in the area while also accounting for our renovations and unique home features. She made some minor staging suggestions which ended up making a huge difference in how our house showed in the listing photos and in person. Ultimately, our house sold in less than a week which was largely due to Nicoles strategy, thoughtful suggestions, appropriate pricing and overall visual presentation. We were quite satisfied with our experience with Nicole. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who is considering selling their home!
