There were numerous problems that came up while it was for sale, broken water line, neighbor thinking there was a gas leak, and past renters leaving a mess just to name a few. Each time she would call and tell me the problems she found, I was sure I would have to travel to Roanoke to fix it, but Nicole stepped up each time and had her contractor on the job...same day on the water leak! When her contractor was busy, she had her husband come out and check on things and fix them when he could...usually the same day! She solves problems first, then sells real estate second. Best ever real estate pro in the area!
